Invitation to Cooperative Bid for the
Northeast/Merrimack Valley Chemical Consortium
FY 2026-27
Thank you for your interest in the Annual Chemical Procurement Bid Process
for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
The contracts awarded under this bid process shall be for a period of ONE YEAR
beginning on July 1, 2026 and continuing through June 30, 2027.
Individual contracts, including insurance requirements are to be
negotiated/completed between the qualified low bidders and the individual
utility/municipal members.
